With a passion for working with first time home buyers and investors looking for their first or second investment property, Catherine enjoys meeting clients where they are, offering education, and providing solutions. Oftentimes, buying or selling a property is a decision grounded not only in financials but also personal goals for individuals and families alike. By understanding what’s important to her clients, she can support their larger goals and dreams.

As the owner and founder of 43 Strategic Consulting and 43 West Properties, Catherine's personal mission is to create healthy communities. She brings over 12 years of real estate experience, including residential and commercial properties, debt and equity financing, and cash flow analysis.

As an agent, investor, and developer, her honors and citations include: 2022 Women in Commercial Real Estate, 2021 Women in Commercial Real Estate, 2020 Women in Commercial Real Estate, New England Real Estate Journal 2019 Predictions for Commercial Real Estate, and 2018 Women in Commercial Real Estate as recognized by the New England Real Estate Journal.

For fun, Catherine likes going to the beach and taking walks in her Hyde Park neighborhood. She grew up in Leominster, MA, earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Brown University, and earned her Masters in Public Administration from Baruch College as a National Urban Fellow.
