About Cory Green

Cory brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to his real estate practice, where connection, trust, and service are at the core of everything he does. His background has shaped a natural ability to anticipate clients’ needs, pay close attention to detail, and create a thoughtful, well-guided experience from start to finish.

Born and raised in New York and a Stonehill College graduate, Cory has a deep personal connection to Massachusetts and the Northeast. While his professional journey has taken him to California where he built success as a licensed real estate broker, co-founded House of CP Inc., and worked across multiple facets of the industry, his roots and long-standing relationships in New England remain strong.

Cory’s experience in California includes working closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, as well as collaborating on design-forward renovations, residential and commercial construction projects, and property and estate management. His background in event planning and styling brings a creative lens to real estate, helping clients envision potential, understand presentation value, and approach each transaction with intention.

Cory genuinely enjoys the real estate process, from the first conversation to the final outcome and is known for being hands-on, communicative, and easy to work with. He is excited to be joining The Agency Boston and supporting clients with a thoughtful, relationship-first approach informed by experience across multiple markets.
