Jeremy Stivaletta is a third-generation real estate professional continuing a proud family legacy rooted in construction, development, and a relentless work ethic passed down from his Italian immigrant grandparents. Raised in Westwood, Massachusetts, Jeremy grew up immersed in the industry-his mother a broker and general contractor, his father a developer and builder. Together, his parents spent over 50 years buying, building, and selling homes and properties, shaping Jeremy's early understanding of the business from the ground up.
In 2013, while working in hospitality, Jeremy got his first glimpse of real estate's potential thanks to his brother Adam, who introduced him to his first rental commission-$1,200-which instantly sparked his passion. He soon earned his real estate license while living in Boston, where he spent 12 years honing his craft in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Since then, Jeremy has managed more than $550 million in real estate transactions, building a name for himself with a deep understanding of both the art of the deal and the bones of a building. With a natural eye for construction and development-"it's in my blood," he says-Jeremy saw the industry shifting back toward his roots.
In 2019, he co-founded Stivaletta Real Estate & Development with his partners, creating a vertically integrated firm focused on acquisition, sourcing, brokering, and in-house development. The company has since been responsible for over $50 million in development and continues to grow. Jeremy and his team live by the Stivaletta family motto: "Better Built. Better Sold." A philosophy that honors the past, informs the present, and guides the future of the family name in real estate.
