About Mario Teran

I help clients make informed real estate decisions, whether purchasing a first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or planning a development project. At The Agency Boston, I combine market insight with strategy, drawing on a strong background in housing research and analysis, as well as serving on the board of a community development corporation.

With an MBA from Boston University and a degree in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I bring financial, planning, and market expertise to each transaction. I also stay current on legal, regulatory, and continuing education developments to provide clients with informed and current guidance. 

As a bilingual REALTOR® fluent in Spanish, I am dedicated to serving diverse communities throughout Greater Boston and helping clients view real estate as both a personal milestone and a pathway to building long-term wealth.
