About Andrew Lin

Andrew Lin is a charter agent at The Agency's first office in Newton, MA, bringing a client-first approach and a deep knowledge of the Greater Boston real estate market. Prior to joining The Agency, Andrew was a founding agent at Compass's New England headquarters on Newbury Street, where he established a strong foundation in residential sales, new construction, investment properties, leasing, and property management. Andrew is known for his market expertise, skilled negotiation, quick problem-solving, and exceptional responsiveness. He values long-term relationships and has built a trusted network of attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors, and staging professionals-ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for his clients from start to finish.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, Andrew works extensively with overseas buyers and investors, helping them successfully purchase and manage properties throughout Greater Boston.

A proud Taiwanese American, Andrew has lived in Boston since 2015 and is deeply rooted in the Taiwanese community. He serves as a board member of the Taiwan Film Festival of Boston. In his free time, he enjoys hot yoga, running, cycling, hiking, road trips, cooking, playing percussion, and exploring new restaurants.
