Andrew Lin is a founding agent of The Agency Boston, located in Newton, MA, where he ensures clients are his first priority while maintaining his deep understanding of the Greater Boston real estate market. Prior to joining The Agency Boston, he built a solid foundation in residential sales, new developments, investment properties, leasing, and property management.

As a full-time real estate agent, Andrew excels at tracking market trends, negotiating the best terms for his clients, and proactively resolving or preventing potential issues. He values long-term client relationships and is supported by a trusted professional network, including real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors, interior designers, cleaning services, interior designers, and staging teams, providing comprehensive support from purchase to closing and beyond.

In addition to traditional real estate transactions, Andrew specializes in assisting investors and landlords with rental and property management, covering areas including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Watertown, Waltham, and Malden.

Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese, Andrew works extensively with overseas buyers and investors, helping them navigate property acquisition and management in Greater Boston. Having lived in the United States for over 25 years and more than a decade in Boston, he is a proud Taiwanese-American deeply involved in the local Taiwanese community. He also serves on the Board of the Boston Taiwanese Film Festival.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hot yoga, running, skiing, cycling, hiking, traveling, cooking, playing percussion, and exploring local and international cuisines.

工作之餘，Andrew 喜歡熱瑜伽、滑雪、跑步、騎單車、登山、旅行、下廚、打擊樂演奏，也熱衷探索各地美食。
